• Free shipping on all orders above Rs. 1000.
• Currently we’re not allowing International Shipping.
• All orders are shipped by a reputed shipping company.
• If your location is not serviced by our courier service providers, we will ship the order by registered speed post.

Note: Our courier partners will make 2 attempts to deliver the product(s). If they fail on each account for whatever reason, the package will be returned to us. To have us ship the order again, an extra shipping fee will be charged. This fee is not negotiable and we urge The Buyer to be available for the delivery or inform us beforehand in case of any special circumstances.

RETURN POLICY

Return
Definition: ‘Return’ is defined as the action of giving back the item purchased by the Buyer to TOUCH HOSPITALS PRIVATE LIMITED on the website “www.touchhospitals.com”.The Buyer may Return a product only if the following situations arise:

• Wrong item was sent by us

If any errors found in the health cards, you can return the health card along with all the packings to our delivery address. No additional shipping fee will be collected for any of the errors found from ourside.

Cancellation of order

• You cannot cancel your order once it is purchased but you transfer the health card to other name and the transferring charges of Rs. 100/- will be additionally collected from the buyer. For name change request, you can email the details to the billing@touchhospitals.com.
• Once you request the name change of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 7-14 business days to shipping the updated health card.
